Kuszlyk, Helen O.
Churchville: Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the age of 89. Pre-deceased by her husband Nicholas. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn (Howard) Dolph; son, Douglas (Kim) Kuszlyk; grandchildren, Patricia (Brad) Moss, Michelle (Marchello Page) Dolph, Dianna & Nicholas Kuszlyk; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Nicholas, Marchello, Max, & Michael.
Her family will receive friends Wednesday 3-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Panachyda 6:30pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Thursday 10:00am at St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church for her Divine Liturgy. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Hildebrandt Hospice Center, 2652 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626 or St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621.
