SKIBA, GENEVIEVE M. (ADAMSKI) Penfield: Passed away peacefully on August 26, 2017 at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Edward "Skip" Skiba; daughter-in-law Sharon and son-in-law Douglas Evert. The youngest of John and Mary Adamski's ten children, she is also predeceased by her parents; sisters Stella, Martha, Marion and Ceil; brothers Walter, John, Joseph, Raymond and Robert. Survived by her daughter Nancy Skiba-Evert; sons Richard (Lori Osburn) and David (Kathy); grandchildren Erik, Jenna, Matthew and Megan (Andy) Bickley; great-granddaughters Anniston and Camdyn; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many great friends. Genevieve was a lifelong member of St. Stanislaus Church, a 1941 graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, retiree of Rochester Coca-Cola Bottling and a member of Polish Falcons. She lived a long and happy life full of faith, love, laughter, family and friends. No prior calling hours. Please join the family Saturday, November 11 at 9:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Church for a Mass of Christian burial. Interment private.
