Bain, Marion A.
Irondequoit. Called home to the Lord on Monday, September 24, 2012 at the age of 93. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Thomas "Ted". Marion is survived by her children, Thomas(Lieve) Bain, Raymond(Tamara) Bain, Bill Bain, Mary Ann (Don)Lomb and Susan (Jim) Bain-Lucey. Her cherished grandchildren, Meghan(Mike) Lagnese, Dan(Jessie) and Brian Lomb, Jonus(Nicole), Alison, Sarah, Faith Bain-Lucey, Mike(Madison) and Matt Bain. Marion touched so many lives with her amazing smile, selflessness, her unfaltering faith, kindness and compassion for all. We were all blessed to have this beautiful woman in our lives.
The family wishes to extend a warm thank you to the staff and caregivers of the SCU at St. Ann's Home and to the Lifetime Care Hospice.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Thursday 10:00am at St. Ann's Home Chapel for her funeral mass. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mary Cariola Children's Center, 1000 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 or Lifetime Care Hospice, 3111 Winton Road S., Rochester, NY 14623 or Boston University School of Medicine, Amyloid Research Fund, 72 East Concord Street, K-503, Boston, MA 02118.
