Obituary of Joseph M. Cappiello

Cappiello, Joseph M. Irondequoit: On Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at the age of 91, Joe was reunited with his loving wife Hilda, who predeceased him on October 30. Mr. Cappiello is survived by his children, Michael(Lisa) Cappiello, Christine(Tim) Sergeant; grandchildren, Michael & Katie Sergeant, Felicia Cappiello; sister, Lena Cappiello; sister-in law, Isabel Cappiello; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Joe was a Guidance Counselor at West Irondequoit High School for almost 40 years. He also was an active parishioner and Lector of Christ the King Church and continued to Lector at St. Ann's Home. The Family wishes to extend a warm thank you to the nurses and staff at The Heritage and SCU at St. Ann's Home for their loving support and care. His family will receive friends FRIDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 11:00 AM at CHRIST THE KING CHURCH for his funeral mass.
