Obituary of Harry J. Welch

Welch, Harry J. Irondequoit: After a brief illness, Harry passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the age of 77. Pre-deceased by his wife, Audrey, Harry is survived by his sister, Jean Catherine Welch SSJ; brother, William (Marjorie) Welch; niece, Lynn McManus; nephews, Robert & Steven; special friends, Maura O'Connor & Bernie Taber. Harry was an employee of U of R for over 50 years. He was a dedicated member of the K of C and CTK Men's Club. He also was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels & Rochester General Hospital. A special thank you to the staff at the Advent House in Fairport for their loving care of Harry. His family will receive friends WEDNESDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family THURSDAY 11:00am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment Private.
