West Irondequoit; Thursday, April 18, 2013 at age 73. Mr. Hoffman is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Dawn M. (VanDame) Hoffman, sister; Tala Hoffman of N.Y.C., several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and special buddy Sparkle.
Service & interment private at the convenience of the family.
