Rochester: Monday, May 20, 2013 at the age of 69. Jack is survived by his wife, Nancy, sister-in-law, Marian(Marv)Swartz, nieces, nephews and cousins.
His family will receive friends Thursday 1:00 - 4:00pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Friday 11:30 am at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please meet at the Lake Ave. gate at 11:15am.
