Rochester, Thursday, April 23, 2009 on her 92nd birthday. Pre deceased by her parents H. Walter and Alice W. Hughes, 2 brothers H. David Hughes and Richard W. Hughes, a nephew Stephen C. Carey. Miss Hughes is survived by her sister, Helen H. Carey; sister-in law, Dorothy Hughes, nephew, H. Richard Hughes (Elizabeth), nephew, David W. Carey (Charlene), niece-in-law, Barbara Carey, 6 grand nieces, 4 great grand nieces, 3 great grand nephews. Mary Alice was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co.
She loved travel and genealogy.
Friends are invited to meet at the gate of Riverside Cemetery Thursday at 11:00 A.M. for her graveside ceremony. Memorials may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450
