Hahn, Robert F.
Irondequoit: Sunday, October 6, 2013. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend to many. He is the second oldest of seven children by his late parents Edward Sr. and Dorothea (Waltz), and is predeceased by brothers Gerard and James. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Mae Hahn (Crombach); children, Patricia, Robert II (Brynnen), John, David (Lisa) Hahn; grandchildren, Patricia, Michael, Nicole, Priscilla, Gretchen, Brian, John II, Rachel, Julia, Nathaniel and Lauren; 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Edward (Rosemary), Herbert (Carolyn) Hahn; sisters, Virginia (Donald) Mosher and Lorraine (Carol Clothier) Hahn; Sister In Law, Frances Hahn; many nieces and nephews.
Bob was a Korean War Veteran, Retiree of Eastman Kodak Elmgrove after 33 years, a longtime member of the "Early Ford V-8 Club of America" and also enjoyed bowling, golfing, and restoring classic cars throughout his life.
His family would like to thank the medical and nursing staff of Hill Haven Nursing Home for the exceptional care Bob received during his illness.
His family will receive friends Thursday 4-7 at Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to join the family Friday 11:00 AM at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church (445 Kings Hwy South) for his funeral mass. Friends are welcome to join the family for a memorial luncheon at the St. Cecilia's Newcomb Friendship Center (2732 Culver Rd.) after the cemetery. Interment at Irondequoit Cemetery.
