Obituary of Patricia Ann McDaniels

McDaniels, Patricia Ann Irondequoit: Sunday, October 13, 2013. Predeceased by her parents Willie and Frances E. "Betty" Whitmore; sister, Carol Hanna and also by Donald Butler. Patricia is survived by her children, Stephen (Lisa) McDaniels, Robert H. (Jeanette) McDaniels, Jeffery (Lena) McDaniels; grandchildren, Christopher "Baby Cakes" McDaniels, Miriah "Beans" McDaniels, Madison "Monkey" McDaniels, Robert Thomas (Lena) McDaniels, Molly (Ricky) Wasmuth, Kevin Michael McDaniels, Anthony "AJ" McDaniels, Gabriella "Gabby" McDaniels; Life Partner, John "Jonnie" Sherman; brother, James (Marilyn) Welch, nieces, nephews and friends. Patricia enjoyed her career as a nurse, she specialized in geriatrics. She enjoyed family dinners, quilting, and jamma parties with her granddaughters. Mom courageously battled cancer with her family right beside her. She was a devoted and loving mother of three sons. Mom had the most patience one has ever seen with her grandchildren, whom she loves with all her heart. "The next place that I go will be as peaceful and familiar as a sleepy summer Sunday and a sweet, untroubled mind". Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Patricia's Life on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Point Pleasant Fire Department (55 Ewer Ave.). Inurnment will be held privately.
