Obituary of Penelope Anne Champion

Champion, Penelope A. "Penny" Irondequoit: Suddenly Friday, November 15, 2013 in Hanoi, Vietnam while on a medical mission with the HUGS Foundation. She is predeceased by her father, Cliff and her sister, Lynne Manderano. Penny is survived by her mother Hazel, sister Valerie(David)Burton, nieces Kristie(Shawn)Gabel, Suzannah(Doug)Bryson-Long and nephew Craig(Tina)Bryson. She was Super Aunt Penny to great niece Aiden Rae Gabel. Also survived by aunt Joyce Baker and uncle Tommy(Linda)Champion, many cousins. She will be missed by her countless friends and colleagues. A celebration of Penny's life will be held Saturday November 23, 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to HUGS Foundation, 973 East Ave., Rochester, NY 14607.
