Theresa was so thoughtful and always made me feel very special! I have fond memories of spending time at her house when I was younger. I know my mom really looked forward to spending time with her when she would visit Rochester and she will miss those special times.

Mary Elizabeth, Judy, Don, and family, Your mom was an inspiration to me. She had an amazing outlook on life. She was always smiling. She was like a ray of sunshine. She loved all of you very much. She always took the time to chat even when she was not feeling good.One time when I was visiting Moses climbed up on my lap and she said he loves you. So I connected with Moses. He always barked when I walked by the house. I am an animal lover. I remember when I brought her the zucchini bread . She was so pleased. I'm so glad I did. It brought her such joy. I stopped at the Sunset house. We had such a nice visit. She asked me to come back again another day. She said don't worry about anything. I'm a worrier. That was so comforting. She was such a good friend even though I only knew her a short time. I will miss her and always remember her. Whenever you are sad . Your memories will cheer you. You must have many. She is happy now she is with your dad. She missed him so much. He was a great guy. I miss seeing him when I take my walks. I even saw him at the Salvation Army a couple of times. God Bless all of you at this difficult time. Your mother was an angel. Laurie Haas

To my Special Friend Theresa. You welcomed me into your family with open arms, every time we would see each other those arms would give me the biggest hugs. we would talk about everything , we would laugh and yes we would cry. But now you have gone on a journey that you have wanted to go on for some time . You are now with your husband Don and your loving family. I am very happy for you. But for me I feel a heavy loss. Mom you were so loved by everyone. And you also loved everyone back. You were the last matriarch they held the whole family together,and I hope it will continue. My lovely Aunt Theresa, we said our goodbyes on Saturday and celebrated your birthday with love and heavy hearts. you have been so much a part of my life. you stepped right in when my Mother passed, your Sister Fran, you remain a role model for me from your faith, your gracefulness, always a true and classy lady and of course your sense of style in your dÃ©cor, table settings that wowed us each holiday and talk about being a "fashioniesta"? My beautiful Aunt, you set the stage on fire with that one! You were so blessed with all the love that surrounded you and we are blessed with the love you gave us. I will miss our being together. though I will no longer have you to hug and kiss and laugh and cry with, nor see your wonderful smile. You will remain in my heart forever. When we talked about our day to day lives I always felt. a sense of peace in my heart. Her faith was strong and gave her the will she needed to fight her illness. She made me feel like she had an inside track with God and the Blessed mother. I will pray to her every day. I miss you already.
