Irondequoit: Suddenly in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the age of 60. Predeceased by her mother, Agnes Louise; sister, Linda. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Terry Carter; daughter, Sarah (Bill) Rhiannon Carter; father, Rc (Dorothea) Thomas; sister, Sue (Carl) Linder; brothers, Steve (Cheryl) Thomas, Chet (Patty) Thomas; nieces, Kim Myers, Kelly (Adam) Hernandez Myers MD, Rachel, Jenna & Rebecca Thomas, Sharon Carter; nephew, Martin (Louise) Fellows; sister-in-law, Eileen Fellows.
