Obituary of Roger R. Fox

Fox, Roger R. Irondequoit: 1933-2014 at age 81 on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Predeceased by his brother Gerald , brothers-in-law Daniel (Mary) Watts, Robert Watts and Stanley Watts Jr.. Mr. Fox is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Nancy, children, Deborah, Timothy (Susan) of Pittsburgh, Pa. , grandchildren, Abigail & Adam , sisters-in-law Ruth Fox, Kathy Watts and Barb (Mark) Demler-Kalinna, brothers-in-law Steve (Sheila) Demler, John (Kara) Demler and Jim (Janvrin) Demler also several nieces, nephews and cousins with a host of friends. The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff at Rochester General Hospital for the loving care and attention given to Roger. Roger, an Army veteran of Korea, was a Master Mechanic for the Town of Irondequoit for over 30 years and was the town's first Police Mechanic. Roger was affectionately known as "Mayor of the Flats". His family will receive friends Tuesday 4:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). His funeral service will be held Wednesday 10:30 am at Trinity Communion Church ,759 Winona Blvd. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. Those wishing may donate to American Heart Assoc. P.O.
