Cainen was the most funniest, loving, smartest brother a girl could ever have. he had the best personality, the best smile and all in all was just the best person I have ever met. everytime he would walk into a room,, I would feel so happy and protected my brother was here. I hope your hiting the skate parks up in heaven and at the same time watching over us. Rest easy cain, you will be forever missed.

Wakie, Wakie, eggs and bakie Cainen. I will miss Dad singing this to you every morning before school. I will miss your annoyance as I was just as much annoyed! But we always ended up with laughing just because it was so annoying. Love you Cainen Paul.

i can only imagine the pain you all feel. I only knew Cainen for a few months but he was my reason to smile. He was always trying to get me to smile or laugh or impress me. He was a doll. He was amazing and had a huge heart. I can't explain how much i miss him. We were with each other on Saturday the 27th, and we had a perfect day together. I'm really happy i got to give him a good last day and i will never ever forget that day. Thoughts and Prayers go out to the family and all others who are grieving right now. I hope we all find a little light in this time of dark...
sincerely,
Tristin

Dear Cainen,
When you walked into a room, the room became YOU. You had an energy, light and presence about you like no other young man I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am so lucky to have had the chance to speak with you at length in the past and feel very fortunate that my daughter Sophie had the opportunity to know you. You enriched her life with your humor, kindness and passion for life. You made her world a better place, in turn making my world a better place.
To say you will be missed is a gross understatement. I heard your name almost daily as Sophie spoke about you! A giant void has been left in our lives, but not in our hearts, which remain full of love for the person you were, and the person you still are in Heaven.
Thank you Cainen, for bringing your light into our lives for the time you were here. You are a wonderful young man and now an Angel, skateboarding his way around heaven, keeping watch over all those you love until you meet again <3

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who is affected by this tragedy.
Cainen was one of the most extraordinary people I have ever met in my entire life. He brought such light to everything in my life and I am sure he had the same effect on so many others. I can't believe that he is gone now, and it'll never make sense to me, why he had to go as young as he did, but the good die young. He left his life having made a remarkable impression on so many people, something that so many others never do. He was always a very headstrong confident person, who knew and respected themselves despite others' opinions of them. I have always admired his confidence and the way that he brought life to every situation.
He left this world doing what he loved, and now that he's gone, we have to remember that it is not him who is at loss, it is us.
God needed a skateboarder and knew that he was the best fit.
Rest in Peace Cainen. I love you.
