Repp, Mary Schlachter
"Mimi"
Irondequoit: Peacefully Nov. 6, 2014 at age 64. Predeceased by parents Leo and Rita Schlachter. Survived by husband Earl Repp, daughters, Katie-Rose of Carrboro, NC and Stephanie of Boston, MA; brothers Paul (Lilliam) Schlachter, Jim (JoAnn) Schlachter, Peter (Kathleen) Schlachter and sister Lisa (Denis Gordinier) Schlachter; mother-in-law Eva Repp, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends throughout the world are mourning her passing.
Mimi was a lifetime seamstress, creating dresses, quilts, baby blankets and boat covers. She was also a Registered Nurse, beloved by her students and colleagues at Helendale School in East Irondequoit. Mimi was a choir member and Deacon at Summerville Presbyterian Church. She also was a member of the Irondequoit Quilt Club.
Friends are invited to a Memorial for Mimi on Saturday, November 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Summerville Presbyterian Church, 4845 St. Paul Blvd. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Golisano Children's Hospital. To share a memory or send the family a condolence, please visit www.harrisfuneralhome.com.
