Shane, Elaine (Plukas)
Dec. 5, 2014 at the age of 74 in Rochester, NY. Formerly of Stratford CT. Predeceased by her husband, Donald Shane; parents Joseph and Grace; brothers Joseph and William. Survived by her sister, Evelyn (Francis) Preli of Glastonbury, CT; sister-in-laws Anna Plukas of Milford, CT and Georgette Plukas of Rochester; many nieces and nephews.
A retiree of St. Vincent's Hospital, Bridgeport, CT, Elaine was an avid golfer and skier.
Special thanks to her many caregivers and friends at Valley Manor and Kirkhaven Nursing Home.
Private interment at St. Michaels Cemetery, Stratford, CT.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Elaine
