Rochester: Friday, July 17, 2009 at the age of 88. Pre-deceased by her husband, Chester. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Chizuk; grandson, Kenneth(Lisa) Chizuk and great grandson, Max Joseph Chizuk. Helen was a member of the Eagles Club
Her family will receive friends TUESDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family WEDNESDAY 9:30 AM at ST. STANISLAUS CHURCH for her funeral mass. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to Monroe Community Hospital, 435 East Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620.
