Obituary of Joe P. Joseph

Joseph, Joe Puthukulangara Irondequoit: Monday, March 2, 2015 at the age of 64. He is survived by his loving wife, Thresy Joseph; son, Nick (Anney) Joseph; daughter, Megan (David) Bunyan; grandchildren, Neela & Andrew Joseph, Priya & Jonah Bunyan; brothers, sisters and other family members in India. Joe truly enjoyed sharing a smile with anyone, anywhere, anytime. He exemplified life with his immigrant experience, value of education, work ethic, and moral values. Joe loved God, family and community. He was a devout Catholic who was born and raised in Kerala, India. Joe enjoyed being a Knight of Columbus for over 25 years. He had a love for the sciences, particularly Biology, as reflected in his academic and professional accomplishments in both India and the US. Joe Joseph's greatest accomplishment of all was the way he led and guided his family with patience, perseverance, and unconditional love. His last days were lovingly shared with his grandchildren, children, and loving wife. He is now at eternal peace with his beloved parents and brother who were called home before him. His loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and other family members around the world mourn his passing. His family will receive friends THURSDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 9:30 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
