Rochester: Formerly of Canadice Lake, NY. Frances passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the age of 97, and went to join her loving husband, Bob. She is also pre-deceased by her son in law, Dana Brown; 2 brothers & 4 sisters. She is survived by her children, James (Sally) Tegart of Colorado, Martha Brown of Irondequoit, Robert (Beth) Tegart of Clinton, NY; 5 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
Services and Interment will be held in private.
