Irondequoit: Patrick passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 after a long struggle with drug addiction. Patrick is predeceased by his father, Kevin; paternal grandparents, Gordon & Lorraine Nacy; uncle, Gordon Nacy; maternal grandfather, Richard Schimpf. Patrick is survived by his mother, Virginia Nacy; sister, Maureen (Richard) Thomas; maternal grandmother, Joan Schimpf; aunts and uncles, Donna (Richard) Barrows, Kenneth (Zoe) Schimpf, Douglas (Sabra) Schimpf, Gregory (Carin) Schimpf, Andrea Zona; great aunt, Linda Schimpf; many cousins.
No prior visitation. Patrick's Funeral Mass will be held TUESDAY 9:30am at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Webster Health & Education Network; C/O Janine Sanger 119 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580.
