I was so sad to hear of Loretta's passing . We got to know each other through Rite Aid. I was a customer for over 13 years and we had some things in common like this dreadful lung cancer disease.....she confided in me when she was diagnosed and wanted to learn all she could about treatment and survival . She was such a special lady and I will miss seeing her at the store and around town !! May she Rest in Peace and may her family find comfort in knowing she is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior !!

Dear Skocich Family: It breaks our hearts when death separates us from the ones we love so much. We are reminded in the Bible that God sees our pain and sorrow and has promised that soon death will be no more.(Revelation 21:4) He will mend our broken hearts by resurrecting our precious loved ones to life again.(John 5:28,29) I hope in the days ahead as you reflect on Loretta's life, and the beautiful memories left behind, that you will also find comfort in God's promises to us for the near future. I am so sorry for your loss.

I am sorry for your loss. I remember Loretta from when I was in Rochester for my cousin's funeral, Tony Trippe. She was an effervescent woman. I am sure she will be missed by all. From the moment I met your family Loretta treated me like one of her own. Taking me in when I had no family for holidays, Sneaking me in to the hospital when Connor was born, coming to my wedding, Joe running over to fix my garbage disposal when I was so sick I was on disability and my mom had to come and take care of me. Mark and Heather have always been there for me too. I can't imagine what you all are going through. She was the glue in your family. I know she is in a better place but I also know you are feeling the hurt of her not being there. I love all of you and although miles and distant separate us now never forget that I love you all and am there with you in spirit. There is no other like Loretta and she will be very missed. Hugs and Kisses to all of you. Raeanne wants to send Izzy a special hug and kiss too. Xoxoxo

I am so sorry about your loss. I remember Loretta from our days at St. Joseph's and I have never forgotten her warm smile and loving ways. She was a dear friend and I have thought of her often. She has always been in my heart and in my thoughts even though we lost touch with one another over the years. She was a great lady, fun to be around and a joy to all of us who knew her especially back when. God bless her and your family; Loretta, may you always rest in peace with God.
