Nadeau, Edna Mae
Fairport: Edna went peacefully to meet her maker Sunday, July 19, 2015. Born on December 11, 1931, she lived her youth in Orchard Park, NY. Predeceased by her daughter, Michele. Edna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Donald L. Nadeau; sons, Paul G. Nadeau, Edward G. Nadeau (Walter Coyle); son-in-law, James L. (Erika) Roggow; sister-in-law, Ann Nadeau. Edna was very much involved in music and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nazareth College with a degree in music. She participated in many music organizations while teaching piano students for more than 60 years; with a number of her students winning the Howard Hanson Award.
Services and Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Brookdale Pittsford, 159 Sullys Trail, Pittsford, NY 14534 or to Visiting Nurse Foundation, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY 14580-2029.
