Gramma Low (as we affectionately call her) is a woman who made a difference in so many lives and causes.She was intelligent determined and selfless.She always made people feel welcome and at home.She was always up for adventure and great fun. I smile when I think of all the times I had with her through the years. My deepest condolences to Duncan Wendy and Ricky and the rest of her beloved family and friends. God Bless you all.
