Irondequoit: Sunday, February 21, 2016. Vaidis is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Nijole, son, Gailius(Daniela) Draugelis and daughter, Ginta(Jeffrey)Carlson, grandchildren, Lukas and Ignas Draugelis, Kestutis and Alina Carlson and relatives in Lithuania.
His family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Thursday 10:30 am at St. Georges Lithuanian RC Church at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, 150 Varinna Drive, Rochester, NY for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Lithuanian Radio Program, 840 Partridge Lane, Webster, NY 14580 or the Lithuanian Scouts Association - www.vydunofondas.net.
