Maier, Dorothy D. (Donadoni) Irondequoit: Surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the age of 81 after a brief illness. Predeceased by her brother, George. She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, David; children, Ken (Marleen), Daniel, Karen (Ted) Kolias, Bill (Ginny), Patricia (Michael) Jennings, Greg (Deborah); grandchildren, Angie, Maria, Henry, Elizabeth, Helen, Joe & Chris; sister, Mary Salvione; brother, Alex (Sally) Donadoni; sister-in-law, Betty Lou Luczak; brothers-in-law, Ron (Dory), Steve (Rosemarie) & Charles (Lin); many nieces and nephews. Dot was a selfless, loving, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an endearing friend, an avid card player, and a woman of great faith who lived her life in the service of God and others. Her family will receive friends Friday 4-8pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 9:30am at St. Kateri at Christ The King Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Catholic Family Center 87 N. Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY 14604.
