Donofrio, Frank G. Irondequoit: Thursday, March 24, 2016 at age 91. Predeceased by his sisters, Anna Koster, Olga Pulvino, Mary Gerbino, Yolanda Dann, Cora Locke and his brother Gabriel Donofrio. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Frances, daughters, Karen(Richard)Paul and Donna(John) St. Peter, granddaughters, Ann(Nick)DeBaggis and Gina(Beau)Gringer, great grandchildren, Johnny and Adriana, niece, The Honorable Gail (Roger DaGama) Donofrio and several nieces and nephews. Frank was a Navy Veteran, 1st Class Petty Officer, of WWII and retired from the U.S Postal Service as a Supervisor. He was also an All City High School basketball and baseball player, a former semi-pro baseball player, an avid Yankee fan and an usher at St. Salome's Church. His motto: "Just do the best you can". His family will receive friends Tuesday 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday 11:00 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
