Obituary of Virginia Marie McWhinney

McWhinney, Virginia Marie Kelly Irondequoit: Monday, May 9, 2016 at age 94. Pre-deceased by her husband, Hugh Thomas McWhinney, son, Hugh Charles McWhinney, 2 sisters; Monica Feeley & Ann Kelly. Virginia is survived by her children; Therese McWhinney, Marie (Larry) Wraight, Keith (Ann) McWhinney, Raymond McWhinney, David McWhinney, grandchildren; Abigail Kneller, Kyle McWhinney, Elijah McWhinney, 4 great-grandchildren and 5 nieces and nephews. Virginia took her BA at UNC Chapel Hill in 1944, served with the ARC on Guam and Kwajalin in WWII, was an active member of the Catholic Women's Club and of the Young Timers of the Otetiana Council of the BSA. Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY, JUNE 11 at 9:30am at St. Ann's Community at Cherry Ridge Cahpel (900 Cherry Ridge Blvd. Webster, NY 14580) for her Funeral Mass.
