Cathy was a great person and will be missed. I met her in 1974 while employed by her husband Bill. She always had a good word with a positive attitude. I have fond memories of dancing with her to "the oldies" at a 1974 Christmas party at their home on Racoon Run. Rest well, Cathy. My condolences to Bill and Jim -Dave Minchella

To Cathy's Sons and Family, As a frequent visitor to Surrogate Court, I always enjoyed Cathy so much! She went beyond being helpful and we had many good chats together. Sometimes if I was working on the computer for too long, she would sneak me out some tea and cookies or whatever else she could find. She was a lovely woman and always spoke fondly of her family.
