Bement, Charles C. Irondequoit: Monday, June 13, 2016 at age 92. Predeceased by his sons Peter and Daniel, sisters, Sylvane Kuter, Geraldine Smith and Winifred Graff. Charles is survived by his best friend and wife of 67 years Edith, son, Charles(Ann) Bement, daughters, Marianne Bement, Ginny(Kevin)Benedict, Barbara(Dave)Yuhas, daughter-in-law, Lu Ann Bement, grandchildren, William(Yelena), Lori, Chad(Lea), Matthew(Jill), Audrey(Mike), Andrew, Amilyn, Rebecca, Rachel, Ryan, great-grandchildren, Josh, Stacia, Ella, Julian, Sofia, Harper, Charlotte, Jackson and Connor, sisters, Marion Staples and Noreen Hogan, brother-in-law, Fred Graff, many nieces and nephews. Charles was a decorated WWII veteran in the Army Air Corps who served in the CBI Theater. Retired from Kodak after 43 years. He enjoyed family gatherings, hunting and fishing. His family will receive friends Friday 4:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 9:30 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
