Irondequoit: Sunday, June 26, 2016 at age 72. Predeceased by his parents Clinton and Olive Sayre, sister, Jean Fowler and brother-in-law Joe Fowler. Cecil is survived by his loving wife Carol, children, Denise Sayre, Jeffrey Sayre and Diane(James)Haschmann, grandchildren, Charlotte, Sarah and Peter; sister, Eleanor(Bill)Grubbs and many other loving relatives.
