Obituary of Wayne Charles Watkins

Watkins, Wayne Charles Webster: Thursday, August 4, 2016 at age 75. Wayne passed away after a courageous fight against cancer. He was a proud Navy veteran and member of the American Legion. A lifelong resident of Rochester he retired after 25 years of service as a machinist with Eastman Kodak. Wayne will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving father and grandfather, Drum Corp enthusiast and the man of a thousand stories. Wayne is survived by his sons, Ken (Laura), Matthew, Andrew (Angie); grandchildren, Nathan, Justin, Nick, Max; longtime companion, Mary O'Neill; sisters, Shirley and Janet; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. His family will receive friends WEDNESDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his funeral service will follow at 7:30 PM. Interment Private.
