Obituary of Patrick Duffy McKenna

McKenna, Patrick Duffy West Irondequoit: Surrounded by his family on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents, Robert & Lucille McKenna. He is survived by loving wife of 46 years, Susan; children, Ryan (Sheri), Meghan (Jason) Verhagen, Duffy McKenna; grandchildren, Paige & Aiden McKenna, Madeline, Ruby & Elizabeth Verhagen; brother, Robert McKenna; brother-in-law, Edward (Carol) Brown; nephew, Robert Duffy McKenna; nieces, Kate Davis & Erin Cooney. Pat graduated high school from Cardinal Farley Military Academy in 1963. He then served in the US Marine Corp and was a 30 year retiree of Eastman Kodak. He also is a retired active member of the St. Paul Blvd Fire Dept. and past President of the St. Paul Exempts. Some of Pat’s passions were golfing, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. His family will receive friends Tuesday 4-8pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday 11:00am at St. Kateri at St. Thomas the Apostle Church (4536 St. Paul Blvd.) for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
