Greece: Sunday, December 25, 2016 at the age of 89. Pre-deceased by her husband's, Wasyl Polischuk & Basyl Dmytryszyn. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie (Roman) Diaczenko, Irene Surowy, Mary (Bohdan) Matyjczuk & Eve (Walter) Monoenko; grandchildren, Roman (Chrissy) Diaczenko, Alex Diaczenko, Oksana (Rob) Carroll, Stephen & Peter Surowy, Michael & Michelle Matyjczuk, Andrei & Joseph Monoenko; great grandchildren, Caitlin, Jacob, Kyle, Bradley & Douglas.
A special thank you to the staff on the 1st floor at St. John's Home (Hastings bldg.) for their loving care and always calling her "Fay Fay".
Her family will receive friends Thursday 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.). Panachyda 6:30pm. Her Divine Liturgy will be held Friday 10:00am St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
