Irondequoit : January 8, 2017. Predeceased by her parents, Peter and Stella Arena, and brother-in-law Frank Polizzi. She is survived by her husband, Paul Shields; children, Stacy Britz, Lindsay (Florian) Fristhmuph, Matthew (Rachael) Shields; sisters, Angela Polizzi, and Stephanie (Al) Fair; grandchildren, Eliana Lembeck and Avery Britz; grandaughter,Josie Britz and great-grandson, Harrison.
Her family will receive friends FRIDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 9:30 AM at ST. KATERI AT CHRIST THE KING CHURCH for her Funeral Mass. Interment Private. Donations may be made to Wilmont Cancer Center in her memory.
