Burdick, Gregory L. (Prytula) Rochester: Suddenly, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the age of 65. Greg is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Lynn Prytula; beloved dog, Gracie; sisters, Kay (David) Ives & Elizabeth (Robert) Vetter; aunt Elizabeth Steen; brother-in-law, Roland Pimm; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William & Marjorie; brother, Richard; sisters; Marilee & Evelyn. His career spanned 30 years in the Aerospace industry. His proudest accomplishments were his work on NASA's Chandra X-ray & James Webb Space Telescopes, and the GeoEye High Resolution Earth Observation Satellite. A United States Patent holder. Greg loved and sought to advance science both on Earth and in Space. Calling Hours will be held Monday 4-7 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.), where a service of remembrance will follow at 7 PM. Interment Private.
