Claudia and family, My deepest condolences for your lost. When someone you love becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. May the cherished memories bring you moments of comfort. Bill was one of the few great boss I have had over my professional career. Bill was a great boss, head of his time regarding customer service before it became a business buzz word.
