Greta,
I never told you how much you meant to me while I was a young boy growing up in Rochester NY. My family was not too stable, no one around and when there was it was usually chaos. Then, I met your sons. They introduced me to you and Ward and you both took me in. Soon after, Marky B came along for the ride.
There were times when I didn't go home for a month! I just wore Brian's and Dave's clothes. You cooked me hundreds of meals, washed my clothes, took me to the bank to start my first savings account, and always made sure to include me during the holidays and the all the trips to the cottage in Canada. Ward taught me how to fish, drive a boat, and water ski. He gave me work ethics and demonstrated what it meant to be a man. Truly, these were the most memorable times of my childhood life. I don't know what I would have done if you had not taken me in and loved me as one of your own. I will always cherish the memories.
Thanks for everything. I Love you. God bless.
Larry

Dave, Brian, Beverly, Tracy and Diane,
I'm so sorry to hear that your mom just passed away. I truly adored her and have missed her so much since she moved back to NY. I have many fond memories of her including our road trips to Sanibel, Sarasota and Ft Myers. We had many excursions to Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs and John Chestnut Park. We went to The Don Cesar every year at Christmas to have lunch and enjoy the spectacle of the holiday decorations. (this started with just she and I and the last couple of years was all of her Gull-Aire crew!) She was a fun, spunky, kind, and generous lady and was so good to me and Josi. I just loved her and she was the best mother-in-law I never had. :)
