Irondequoit: Friday, June 30, 2017 at the age of 80. Pre-deceased by his wife Marcia; brothers, Carl, Jack, Junior & Billy. He is survived by his children, Maureen (Robert) Hayes, Sharon (Alfred) Zimmerman-Quinto, Brian (Hanna) Zimmerman; grandchildren, Caitlin & Clare Hayes, Lilian & Noah Quinto, Katherine, Charles & Daniel Zimmerman; sister, Charlotte Smyth; many nieces and nephews.

Ralph and his wife Marcia raised their family in Rochester and enjoyed 45 years of life together. Most of his proud working years were as an engineer for Xerox. Ralph was a man that was adored by all that knew him. He will be remembered for his wittiness and uncanny ability to make light-hearted jokes, even when the odds were against him. He loved Frank Sinatra, the nightly news, sailing, golfing, tennis, his TV remote and an extra challenging Sudoku puzzle. He made a new friend wherever he went and taught us that life is more enjoyable with a laugh and a smile (a strong Manhattan or an apple pie don't hurt either). We love you Ralph and will miss you greatly. Go Bills!

His family will receive friends Thursday July 13th 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Friends are invited to meet the family Friday 9:30am at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
