We will all miss the twinkle in Jeff's eyes, and his devilish grin. It was a face that warmed all our hearts. Heaven is even a better place now that Jeff's spirit has arrived. I know when I get to the "pearly gates" there will be laughter coming from inside, and my cousin will be there to greet me.

I am deeply saddened by Jeff's passing, I will forever remember the many great Scoutting experiences we shared along our Eagle trails. Jeffs quick wit, sence of humor and willingness to serve. I pray for the Lords hand of grace, healing and Love to overflow to the family as the days, weeks and months that are to follow will stur memories and healing from this loss. Now I can realize one of the most common endings we would always share at a campfire. And now may the Great Master who watches after all good scouts be with us until we meet again. Rest in Peace

Though we only knew Jeff for a little over a year, he was a man that made a great impact on you. He was forever smiling, always ready to make you laugh. We shared many bonfires on Owaissa Dr and were welcomed into their neighborhood fun. Jeff was a caring guy who made you smile just being around him. God Bless Alana and Robbie and know that there are many friends around for love and support. He will be missed by many.

I will always remember Jeff smiling and waving as I pulled down the street where I grew up. The people that live there are like a family and I know they will be there for you. Please reach out to them for a laugh, a cry, a friend. Know that Jeff brought smiles to everyone's faces and that is how we will remember him. May the Grace of God be with you in this most difficult time. xoxo ~ Beckie and Joe (and the kids) Norristown, PA

Jeff was a great guy. No question about it. All who knew him, if only briefly, were impressed by his vigor, his zest for life and his easy going ways. My roommate in his pre-marital days, he was always a fun-loving and thoroughly energetic guy who wasted no time living each and every day to the fullest. Never saw him despairing or feeling sorry for himself. He was too busy exploring and enjoying life's joys. He loved his family and thoroughly enjoyed his friends. Robbie couldn't have a better Dad or Alana a better husband or many of us a better friend. He will be sorely missed. But, given his humor on all occasions, I'm sure right now he's stirring up a lot of laughter up there and making new friends and fitting in just fine. Godspeed, Jeff, and my heartfelt thanks for knowing you. My heartfelt sympathy to you, Alana and Robbie, and to the Salisbury family.

I am truly saddened by the news of Jeffs passing. I will never forget our highschool days the Spanish class trip to Florida, the Queen concert at the War Memorial, working at Tops grocery store in Fulton and listening to Barry Manilow music. Jeff could always make us laugh. He was a loyal friend. My heart is heavy. To Alana Robert and The Salisbury Family My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Sincerely Kim Dopp Anderson

My daughter Samantha and Robbie are friends and I just met Jeff in the past 6 months. I was and am in complete shock of this passing especially for his family. I saw Jeff on 3 occassions in the past fews months and didn't know him, but each and every time he was smiling and making jokes. I am deeply saddened by this news. God bless his family and we are here for you.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my dear childhood friend, Jeff. Some of my fondest childhood memories are with Jeff, starting with scouts. To me he was a gentle
giant....caring, protective and genuinely good! There are few people in a persons life who leaves a powerful impact, and although we drifted apart in adulthood, he is one of those peoplefor me.

Jeff was a big part of my life many years ago. Yet he was so special that I kept a little part of my heart, just for him - to remember. Now Alana, Robbie and all the Salisbury family will do the same. Though that special place in your hearts will be bigger because you have had many more memories, he will live there. While you cannot see him with your eyes, you will feel him in your heart and know that he is with you, listening when you talk to him, watching over you until you are together again. I am so very sorry. Colette(LaTulip-Cappell) Badger

I worked for years with Jeff at Express Press. He was a hoot! Always full of it! Had an incredible drive, talent and passion for life. I remember when he met Alana. He was sooooo smitten! We all knew they would end up together. Those were fun days, and I will always remember him with a smile. My thoughts go out to his family....
