Obituary of Kenneth R. Edic

Edic, Kenneth R. West Irondequoit: Saturday, November 22, 2008 at the age of 78. Mr. Edic is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Ann; sons, Martin Edic, Richard(Jane Hasselkus) Edic; daughter, Christina(Roy) Allen; grandson, Ben Allen; sister-in law, Betty(Francis) Weiss of Florida. Ken served in the US Air force as a Staff Sergeant in Korea during the Korean War. He managed an industrial distributor in the Rochester area before retiring in the early 1990s. Ken was a generous and gentle man who pursued gardening, furniture making, carving and other creative disciplines with a passion. He was also an avid reader and closely followed politics and a wide range of eclectic interests. Ken will be greatly missed by his wide range of close friends and family. His family will receive friends TUESDAY 3-6 pm at the funeral home. Interment Private.
