Dear Bruce and Jean...it is with great sadness that we read of Noritas' passing. Your memorial video was so beautiful; showing each stage of her life - a life well lived. I know George was waiting her arrival in Heaven with a southern comfort old fashioned...or was it manhatten?...in hand and a big hug, so glad to be together with her again. She had the greatest sense of humor and was so much fun. May all your happy memories bring you peace and love.

Dear Bruce, I am so very sorry to hear that your Mother has passed. Norita was a rare individual. She was all things to all people always making you feel "special". I just finished watching her tribute and it brought tears to my eyes as the memories came flooding back from over the many years that I knew her. You were lucky to have her with you for so many years. May she rest in peace! Love Jo Ann

Norita is very special to my family and will live in our hearts and prayers for ever. For almost 10 years she sent my Mother flowers / Fruit / and Candies for every occasion of the year. My Mother passed two years ago but I wish I could see her face when her and Norita were reunited. She was an Angle to all that knew her and now will be with them. With Love and Respect from the Hruby family may she rest in peace and may we all be fortunate enough to be with her again some day. We wish her family the the Peace to accept the things we can't change and the happiness to live with all the beautiful memory's left behind.

Whenever I needed Norita's help to get something done for the Advocacy team, I'd go to her office window where she'd make me laugh over one of her teases or quips, and then she'd get it done. I was always mystified and honored that she picked Tom's photo of me at a protest to keep on her wall. I'll miss her, as so many will. She worked for the mission every day and the results of her invaluable contributions to disability rights are an unforgettable legacy.
