Rochester: Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents, Rufus Pero & Selma DiPonzio; step father, Paul DiPonzio; son, Jose Santiago. He is survived by his wife, Milagros Pero; children, Carmen Santiago, Wanda Santiago, Thomas (Lisa) Santiago & Wilson Castro; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and cousins.
