Schmidt, Erwin C., Jr. 91, Retired Electrical Engineer with Boeing, died Sunday, February 4, 2018. He was an extremely loyal and exceptional husband, father, and grandfather, a talented musician, and was proud of his involvement in sea scouting. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Rochester, NY. Preceded in death by his parents, Erwin and Eloise Schmidt; wife, Mary Schmidt; brother, George Schmidt. Survived by his sister, Jane Belt of Wichita, KS; daughters, Nancy (Michael) Watts of Nacogdoches, TX, Karen Taylor of Bethesda, OH, Susan (Fred Wright) Taylor of Cloudcroft, NM; son, Ralph Taylor of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Angela Carlin, Rylan Snodgrass, Veronica Watts, Amanda Money, Jamey Corbett, Zachary Jordan, James Jordan, Eric Wright, Ethan Wright, Emily Wright; great-grandchildren, Toni Carlin, Lileana Durrance, Kyndall, Kelseigh, and Kassidy Wright; numerous nieces and nephews.
