Margaret was a wonderful, loving friend. She was good to my mother (Julianne Katsur) when they met at St. Anne's. My mom was having a difficult time adjusting to her new home in Rochester. She had relocated from Pittsburgh and missed everyone. Margaret was a God-send and took my mom under her wing. After my mom passed away, my family kept in touch with Margaret and enjoyed lunches with her. We always marveled at her zest for life and compassion for others. Rest in peace Margaret. Love you

Dear Richard & Family, We were saddened to read that your mom and grandmother has passed away. She was my mother's (Rose Uglialoro) best friend at Chapel Oaks. We thought the world of Margaret, too. She never failed to amaze us with her remarkable memory even at an advanced age. We enjoyed hearing about your family members of whom she was so proud. Paul is pleased that he was able to have lunch with Margaret one last time after her move to Brockport. Unfortunately, we won't be able to attend her service, but we'll be thinking of all of you. Dear Dick and Carol, It seems impossible that we will no longer hear about the most recent stories and updates of your mom. Her amazing survival of the many challenges rendered her a hero in my eyes. The sort that I was sure might live on forever. But she will in so many ways. Her spirit must surely be felt all around. Know that Ed and I are thinking about you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about Margaret, she was a kind and loving mom,she was kind enough to have me in her home during the Christmas holidays when I was 15. I live in Louisiana now but my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time
