Dear Eric, Kristy, and David and Families- We are so sorry to hear about Richard's passing. It has been a long time since we've seen each other but you are all in our thoughts. We loved your Dad very much and we enjoyed hearing Uncle Steve's stories about him. We are sending you love and prayers and I wish you strength in this painful time. May his memory be a blessing to you and your family forever.

I known Richard as my neighbor who lived across the street from me for 14 years. He was a wonderful person! Very friendly and out going person who was always happy when I saw him. I'm still in shock of his sudden passing. We had some good times. I will never forget the 4th of July party he had about 10 years ago! Richard has it catered with food, music, karaoke and even a professional poker dealer for a game of no limit hold em. Then he finished off the evening with fireworks in his yard! I even worked out with him in his basement with all the exercising equipment he had down there. Richard sure loved his home and especially his front lawn! He always had the best lawn on the block and put a lot of work into it. Richard also put a ton of renovations into his home and I was sadden to see he won't get to enjoy his beautiful home now. I sure miss you already buddy. My condolences to your family. Rest in peace my friend and thank you for all the memories you gave me over the years that I will always remember!
