Obituary of Willard F. Leusch

Leusch, Willard F. (1913-2008) Rochester. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Predeceased by his parents William and Marie Leusch he is survived by his cousins and many friends, some of which reside in Switzerland and Germany. He retired in 1970 as a German and French high school teacher of from Hempstead High School, Hempstead Long Island. Mr. Leusch was an Army Veteran of WWII serving in the European Theater as a translator. He also received a graduate degree in German from the University of Rochester with a minor in Music from the Eastman School of Music and taught private piano lessons for many years. Relatives and friends may call Saturday 4-8 pm at the funeral home. There will be a Funeral Service and Reception on Sunday, 1:30pm at Christ The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1000 North Winton Rd., Rochester, NY 14609 where he was along time active member. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in his honor to Christ the Good Sheppard Church.
