Sadly I was out of town an did not hear of Ed's passing until my return . As a co-worker at Kodak and lunches after are retirement. I will miss his hummer and friendship.

Ed was one of the nicest people I met at Genesee Yacht Club. I always enjoyed running into him when I was there. He was fun to tease and have a laugh with. He will truly be missed by ALL.

Sadden to hear about Eddie's passing. I worked with Ed at Kodak many years ago. At some point the "Ship of Fools" gathering was created and we would all gather once a month at a local eatery to share misadventures. Just last month Eddie fondly shared stories about his brother who just passed. At that meeting we enjoyed cheap burgers which Eddie advised we should ordered well done, having recently scouted the place out. Miss you Eddie.

I always called him Father Eddy. He would come into class at St. Stanislaus school to hand out report cards and he would say to me "not bad but I know you can do better". He was always a part of the family when I and my 2 brothers where growing up. As of late we shared a love of reading and he turned me on to a Polish poet, Wistawa Szyborska. I will miss hearing him sing in church a beautiful voice. I thank God I new him. He will be missed but not forgotten. . Sharon Kowalski-Cirelli
