Irondequoit: John's courageous journey came to an end on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at age 54. Predeceased by his father, John. John is survived by his mother, Joan Fencur; sisters, Jane (Sylvester Sampson) Fencur and Christine (Judith Olson) Fencur, and numerous friends and relatives. John's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to his care providers at Hillhaven and RGH and to Hubbard Broadcasting for their support.
His family will receive friends SATURDAY10:00AM - 12:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway S.) where his memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to National Kidney Foundation, 1344 University Avenue, Suite 270, Rochester, NY 14607.
