Fenton, Carol Venice, FL, Formerly of Irondequoit: Carol Joan (Cusick) Fenton passed away on June 4, 2018 in Venice, FL at age 83. Born in Elmira, NY on March 14, 1935, Carol was the second of three children of John and Agnes Cusick. She is an alumna of Elmira H.S. and Elmira College, taught English in Rochester, NY, and married Thomas Paul Fenton on February 20, 1960. The couple raised two children and were married for 41 years. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Cusick and her dearly loved husband, Thomas Paul. She is survived by her loving brother Phillip Cusick of Connecticut; children Thomas H. Fenton of Hollywood, California; Anthony K. Fenton of Venice, FL; daughter-in-law Renee (Kulich) Fenton; two grandchildren Kane and Erinne Fenton and many other relatives and friends. Her love of family helped keep us all connected and she will be missed by all. May God rest her soul. Her family will receive friends SUNDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.). Friends are invited to meet the family MONDAY 9:30 AM at ST. KATERI at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CHURCH (4536 St. Paul Blvd.) for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
